We are located in the Henderson - Green Valley area on Horizon Ridge east of Eastern. Our address is 2411 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 120. Henderson, NV 89052.

From the 215 freeway exit south on Green Valley Parkway and follow to Horizon Ridge Parkway. Turn right (heading west) for approximately ½ mile. Turn left into the Horizon Ridge Commons building complex. In the parking lot take your immediate left and park in front of building 2411. Enter down sidewalk on left side of building to suite 120 - we are directly behind suite 110.
